Chardonnay Kadonga Creek 2008 [ Australia ]
From a cooler area of Victoria this Chardonnay is unoaked and elegant with hints of minerals, a little steeliness and a fresh citrus finish.

Viognier Aromo 2010 [ Chile ]
Pale yellow with a green tint, intense nose of ripe apricots and tropical blossoms, fresh and lively on the palate.

Sauvignon Blanc Morton Estate 2010 [ New Zealand ]
This wine shows gooseberries, tropical fruit, white currants and crisp minerality.

Macon Villages Perraud Le Loup 2009 [ France ]
Fresh citrus and melon aromas with a medium to full body that is supported by a lively crisp structure and mineral length.

Sancerre Domaine des Brosses 2010 [ France ]
Ripe, gooseberry style that is crisp and clean with good intensity through to the finish.

Red Wines

Shiraz Kadonga Creek 2008 [ Australia ]
The cooler climate of Victoria produces wines with greater aromatics, the palate is full bodied rich, ripe and a little savoury with a touch of spice.

Carmenere Aromo 2009 [ Chile ]
Carmenere has almost become Chile’s own variety and can produce fantastic wines like this with intense spice aromas and black pepper merging seamlessly with black fruits, chocolate and coffee.

Rioja Navajas Tinto 2010 [ Spain ]
Rioja at its precocious youthful best, with intense raspberry and black cherry fruit overlaid with a flourish of vanilla and coconut.

Cotes-du-Rhone Quiot 2008 [ France ]
Grenache, the main grape variety , offers fruitiness, warmth and body. Syrah and Mourvèdre donate a hint of spice, as well as depth of colour and strength to the wine.

Chianti Classico Da Vinci 2007 [ Italy ]
Good intensity on the nose, with characteristic black cherries and spicy cinnamon and strawberry fruit flavours on the palate. It is full-bodied, with an attractive but supple backbone of soft tannins supporting ripe, mature fruit. Good length, with spicy perfumes on the finish.

Condesa Blanca Brut NV
Pale yellow in colour, this has a delicious aroma of citrus and pear and a complex toasty palate. From a famous and popular producer.

Piper Heidsieck Brut
An effervescent champers with a gorgeous pale yellow colour, a soft yet delightfully dry taste and notes of honey and strawberries.

Tattinger Rosé
A shimmering brilliant pink colour, this champers is both fresh and young with aromas of freshly crushed wild raspberry, cherry and blackcurrant.
